We estimate the 60% of website are now repaired, several of them we are having to recreate from partial backups which mean that there may be some data loss. We will be contacting customers as we finish work on their sites.

All email passwords will have been reset so please contact support for your password. We will continue to monitor mail logs for rejected messages that should be accepted until midnight tonight, after that point you will need to contact support for email issues. We are now begining to restore some websites.

We are in the process of recreating users email accounts, we expect this to be completed by 2PM.

Both ns1 and ns2 are now rebuilt and clustered. If you find any issues with DNS records can you please contact support. We have now started the process of recreating all user accounts to enable us to restore email services. We expect to have completed this by 08:00 on the 12th.

We are currently restoring DNS servers and services. We expect that this should be completed by 18:00. This will allow us to stop emails being rejected and allow customers with third party mail gateways to receive their email.
