on Wednesday 29 September 2010 - 09:26:00 by supportWe will be performing a software upgrade on Friday, 1st October 2010 between 00:00 and 00:05 GMT. During this upgrade we will be updating several software packages for security reasons. The downtime is expected to only last a few seconds.
The following programs will be upgraded:
- Apache Version 2.2.14 to 2.2.16
- PHP Version 5.2.11 to 5.2.14
- MySQL Version 5.0.91 to 5.1.48
The e107xs support website will remain unaffected.
Hardware fault on secondary server
on Wednesday 31 March 2010 - 20:33:10 by supportAt approximately 16:00 a hardware fault occurred on our secondary server, the faulty server has been replaced and all systems should now be back to normal. No customer sites were affected during the outage although our support centre was offline. We apologise for any inconvenience this might have caused.
Email spam configuration issue
on Saturday 02 January 2010 - 13:32:41 by supportWe have been informed that all emails send from January 1st 2010 had been subjected to an incorrect spam configuration bug which was introduced by the company that writes the software and as such were much more likely to be treated as spam.
The problem was quickly identified and an updated configuration was applied at 21:00 on the 1st that rectified the issue.

There may be some temporary change in the number of spam messages you receive.
